Open for Application -- 2020 International Graduate Program in Aeronautical Engineering

SJTU-SAA Aeronautical Engineering Master Program now is open for application!

It is a 2.5-year program that all courses are delivered in English. Our professors and instructors have rich experiences in overseas study and research. Our students in this program often receive awards at international conferences and competitions for their outstanding research.  

 

• Graduation requirement:

          Credit requirement for graduation: 30 credits

          Grade Point Average (GPA) requirement for graduation: 2.7 (minimum requirement)

          Research Paper and Dissertation are also required in order to meet the requirement for graduation. (Standardized requirements  & quality requirements shall be carried out in accordance with the unified requirements of graduate schools)

 

• Admission policy:

            1.Applicant Eligibility

            1) Non-Chinese citizen

            2) Outstanding academic performance and potential

            3) Bachelor’s degree for master program applicants

            4) Proficiency in Chinese and/or English. For details please refer to Language Requirement for SJTU International Graduate Programs

            2.  Important Dates:
            1) Start of Online Application: Oct. 1, 2019 

            2) Deadline for 1st Round scholarship application: Dec. 15, 2019

            3) Deadline for 2nd Round scholarship application: Apr. 15, 2020

            4) Deadline for Self-supported Application: May 31, 2020

            5) Enrollment: Sep. 5, 2020

Written exam and interview are required by SAA and they are scheduled between 20th-27th, April, 2020. Online exam and online interview will be the preferential method.

 

• How to apply:

           Step 1: Complete the Online Application

Complete and submit an online application at Study@SJTU (http://isc.sjtu.edu.cn/) by the application deadline. If you wish to apply for the scholarship at the same time, please complete the application by the scholarship deadline.

           Step 2: Pay the Application Fee

The application fee is RMB 800 (approx. USD 120), non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment must be made in CNY or USD. You can choose online payment or bank transfer in the online application system.

Tuition and housing fees

 

• Tuition:

             RMB 28,900/Year for Master’s programs (Approx. USD 4,200/ Year)

Housing:

            On-campus housing: RMB 50-160/Day (Approx. USD 8-25/Day) (On-campus housing has limited capacity and is not guaranteed)
