School leaders of Shanghai Jiao Tong University met with Yuri A. Mazei, Vice President of Moscow State University, and his delegation

On January 31, Xu Xuemin, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, met with Yuri A. Mazei, Vice president of Moscow State University and his delegation.

        Xu Xuemin warmly welcomes the visit of Yuri A. Mazei and his delegation. President Xu stated that Moscow State University is an important partner of our university. The two universities exchange and learn from each other in education, scientific research, and have jointly established joint research centers and laboratories in the fields of mathematics and aerospace. The cooperation has yielded fruitful results. Yuria Mazei warmly responded that the purpose of this visit is to enhance friendly relations, promote scientific research cooperation and academic exchanges between the two sides.

        During the symposium, the leaders of both schools discussed the details of jointly training doctoral students in the aerospace field and stated that they will implement the agreement on the joint training doctoral education project as soon as possible. In addition, both parties have also renewed the framework cooperation agreement between the two schools, and will continue to deepen scientific research cooperation and student joint training through the construction of the cooperation platform.
